With 5-position shoulder height adjustment and 3- position crotch buckle for seat adjustment, the Trooper convertible gives parents the ultra convenience for installation and adjustment. The rear-facing recline flip foot also allows the Trooper to get great installation angles with ease. I got the sage and oh my goodness so nice! I’ve also got both cup holders and my 4 year old and 2 year old also fits comfortably with room. My only dislike is that it is not good for rear facing as it sits up very straight leaving your child to hold their head back repeatedly when sitting in it. I tried to rear face my two year old and everytime he fell asleep his face hung forward so we ended up forward facing, which he is at the weight limit to do but I was not ready to start yet. I saw some bad reviews and looked at pictures which made me nervous but I’m certain some of the negatives are for other car seat styles from this brand! ... show more

We cannot get this to stay level. The instruction manual and customer service but tell me to prop up the seat using cut up pool noodle. It seems to help but then the seat just begins to flatten the noodle, and we are back to the seat not sitting properly. Unfortunately we purchased two and immediately threw out the packaging. Wish we had purchased a Graco, which we have used for other options and never had this problem. ... show more
