Koolfly is an exceptionally honorable company. Thank you Gloria for your above and beyond assistance in correcting my error. Having purchased this easy to setup and use camera and monitor in February of 2022 it has been in use nearly 24/7 monitoring a very elderly parent who detests being constantly hovered over. This was an agreed upon compromise. The camera has been repeatedly plugged and unplugged by being moved from room to room and even outside on an extension cord. I had purchased a backup set, knowing that if I didn't, that by the time a replacement would be needed this model may no longer be available. My BIG Mistake was putting it away without opening the box and checking it out. To my surprise and utter dismay it turned out to be missing the camera and plug. It was way past the return window and it was seriously doubtful that Amazon or Koolfly would be helpful. None the less, I chose to contact Koolfly directly. To my delight and utter disbelief, I received an email from Gloria within a short few hours, not days, with the question of How Can I Help. What an honorable company! Gloria made sure that the missing items were replaced and shipped out by the next day ! How Kool is that ? I am purchasing my 3rd set today to be sure to have it on hand and because of the great price. I will be, of course, be opening the box and checking if everything is ok. Live and learn !!?!! Our original baby monitor stopped working and we needed another monitor asap. When the monitor arrived, I just had to find the perfect place and angle. Our other monitor would glow when a person accessed the camera and would scare our daughter. This monitor is quiet with no extra lights. The video pad is easy to use and allows for a second monitor viewer. I wish I bought this originally.

I bought this product because I don't always want to walk all the way across my apartment to see if my baby is sleeping or if he is okay, especially on movie night with the wife. So we simply take a peak and there is our baby sound asleep, or not! Now what I like most about this product is how far the range this thing can reach. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and my garage is down stairs and my son is in the back of the apartment sleeping in our room with the door cracked. My wife of course is inside but has her hands tied with something else. Now I can talk, hear and see him perfectly no problem at all. The coolest feature of it all besides the night vision, the camera can rotate and move at your discression in case baby moves and is crying in a different spot or is uncomfortable for whatever reason. Now last but not least I cannot forget about the thermometer I did not realize it can get that toasty in there so I would sometimes definitely consider opening a window or even our AC unit inside the room. DEFINATELY will buy again especially when you can operate multiple cameras off on screen.

We have had this monitor for less than one year. All of the sudden it is “waiting for connection” for the lady 2 days. No matter what direction I put the antenna to, it will not solve the problem. When it does work, the picture (has always been) very grainy and you can just make out the shape of the baby vs. blankets. I will not be purchasing another. UPDATE: Customer service got in touch with me and were wonderful about a refund.

We didn't use this monitor until my daughter was 6 months old. She's 8 months now and the monitor will not charge. So I am out of this money and now have no clue what I am going to do until I can afford to buy a new one and wait for it to arrive. All support and return windows have closed. DO NOT BUY if you need to use this daily for a long period of time. Waste of money. Customer service reached out and made it right. So I am changing my rating from 1 star to a 4 star. In the time that we did have a working monitor it was great. AMAZING customer service.

Update: customer service reached out to me and has been extremely kind and helpful!!! I ordered this monitor and didn’t start using it until about 4 months after I received it.I’ve used it less then 10 times and something is wrong with the volume. When I have it up to max volume, (which I have to have it on max to hear my baby) the volume is all crackly and I can’t hear my baby cry. I know this monitor is cheaper, but I wouldn’t waste your time or money!
