I knew when I requested this that the display is only 2.8 inches. What I didn't realize that 2.8 inches coupled with a resolution of 480p would translate into a display that is difficult to see and a bit grainy. I was on the edge as to how many stars to rate it. If 3.5 had been an option I would have gone with that one but in the end I went with 4 because it does everything it's listing said it would. I like that it's wireless and doesn't require the internet to work. I had no problem with it's range, it worked all over the house, but my house is only 1600 square feet so your millage may vary depending on the size and layout of your home. The two way audio works great and the crying detection also functioned well. I did notice that if the monitor is in close proximity (3 feet) to the camera you would get a very bad feedback loop in the monitor. It works pretty good with a room separation between them. The zoom function on the camera was impressive and easy to operate. The lullaby function also worked. Two charging cables with the power adapters were included in the package. If your looking for an affordable option this wouldn't be a bad one to consider but there's other options available with larger screens at around the same price point. ... show more

This baby monitor worked great for me. When baby’s taking nap I don’t have to keep open the door to check on him. Most the time I wake him up from walking on the floor or open the door. But with this monitor I don’t have to do anything just check on the screen and I’m just relaxing for two hours or I can do whatever for the house. As a grandma who started out the mother of a dozen. Children, I still have an ever growing family now with the delights of grandchildren! When I had my furst child, baby monitorsxwere justx very brand new idea and we thought they were just the coolest thing EVER! Over the years, I've had my fair share of experience with baby monitors. Let me tell you, the Video Baby Monitor with Camera and Audio is really quite impressive! The biggest stand out feature, for me, is the 2.8" Screen. This screen, though compact, provides a clear view of my little treasures when grandmother is lucky enough to babysit. I always hav an eye on them, whether they're napping or playing. It's just the right size—big enough to see details, yet small enough to fit anywhere. THE IS NO WiFi REQUIRED! Incredibly, the best baby monitor I've used lately is actually old school-ish. No need to worry about hacking or unauthorized access, and no issues if the wifi goes out. Plus I can take it with me everywhere we go without having to ask my friends for their personal wifi info. This monitor hasxan impressive 30 hour battery life! I can go about my day without constantly recharging, and we can take it camping with us without the worry of where to charge it. Being able to soothe my littles with the two-way audio is a lifesaver, especially if I'm right in the middle of making dinner or doing something where i can't drop everything immediately to grab the baby. The two-way audio feature lets me talk or sing to them and let's them know they aren't alone, and I'm on my way. This monitor keeps me informed about the room temperature! But it's great not having to guess if it's too hot or too cold for my little one. The ability to Pan-Tilt-Zoom and otherwise adjust the camera angle remotely is fantastic! I can follow the childrens movements without disturbing them. Andm with the Long Range of 1000 feet, I can step outside or move around the house without losing connection. Honestly, there's not much to complain about. I suppose the user interface could be more intuitive. Or perhaps my brain needs the techno tuneup because it took me a little while to figure out all the settings, but once I did, it was smooth sailing.
