VERSATILE - The versatility of having a set that can be chairs, chairs with ottomans or fully recline and become 2 chaise lounges is awesome. I like that it allows you to store the cushions right in the unit instead of shoving them in a bin or leaving them in to face the weather. ASSEMBLY- Instructions were great - a color booklet with page by page steps with images and they include letters on every item so it’s easy to do it right. My husband and I did it together in an hour or so. It was helpful to have 2 people, but not mandatory- although one or 2 steps worked best if someone held it in place while the other person used the little hex wrench to screw things together. STURDINESS- The resin wicker is sturdy and has a light 2-tone pattern, so it’s not boring. STYLE- The cushions are the perfect red and thick enough and seem well constructed- although not as thick as expensive furniture, but I expected that. The combo of dark brown wicker and red is very warm and inviting. FUNCTIONALITY- The back adjusts like clicker chaise lounges where you push it forward then drop it all the way flat and click up to the level you want and there are plenty of options for reclining. COMFORT- The one thing to watch for is the seat width, as it is not as wide as a full size chaise. It is comfortable for each of us, but not much arm room by your sides if you want to lay flat to sunbathe. SHIPPING - quicker than they estimated and both boxes were well packed and organized. The chairs take 30 to 45 minutes to assemble but are very sturdy when together. The chairs are comfortable and easy to recline. Our product was damaged in shipping, the boxes were damaged but FedEx just dropped them off and left. I contacted customer service and they promptly shipped replacement parts. Exactly as described. Smart design, good tolerances. Goes together easily.(All the screws are the same size!) Coded pieces to match. Plenty of storage. Comfortable, and the cushions are too. Side tables are cool but they should have made the handle double as a drink holder. Only negative we see is the glass top for the table is secured by suction cups. Hard to engage and the glass slides around on them. We are very satisfied so far. P.S. Get a cover. ... show more

I’m so happy with this outdoor set! I have a tiny patio with no storage so the fact that you can store the cushions inside the furniture and tuck away the ottomans is key. I love the versatility - it can be 2 club chairs or a loveseat, you can use the side trays or fold them flat and you can recline the chairs. I was expecting it to arrive at the end of the month but got it about 3 weeks early. (I got box 2 on Thursday and box 1 on Friday). The boxes arrived slightly damaged but the contents were not damaged all. I saw some of the reviews said people didn’t get all the pieces but my set arrived complete. I also saw the manufacturer said to email them for assembly instructions so I did and they emailed me the instructions right away. But I was happily surprised to see that an instruction booklet was included (there’s no way we could have figured it out without instructions). All the parts were clearly labeled. It took us probably about an hour to 90 minutes to assemble and it took my boyfriend about 15 minutes to fall asleep in the chair afterwards! My only complaint is that it looks like they reduced the price after I bought it so my advice is to buy it now - it’s a good deal! This set is pretty, versatile and comfortable! I was so excited when I seen these on Amazon I thought how neat footstool is going underneath the chair the chair reclines had a nice little table that came out BUT!!! They are solo to the ground that it’s very hard to get out of. The pieces was not labeled to show you where each thing went. The screws was walled out and you could use them very very disappointed JUNK😡😡😡😡😡 I’m in the middle of trying to send them back. Hopefully I will not have any trouble with this. ... show more
