Exactly as described. Smart design, good tolerances. Goes together easily.(All the screws are the same size!) Coded pieces to match. Plenty of storage. Comfortable, and the cushions are too. Side tables are cool but they should have made the handle double as a drink holder. Only negative we see is the glass top for the table is secured by suction cups. VERSATILE - The versatility of having a set that can be chairs, chairs with ottomans or fully recline and become 2 chaise lounges is awesome. I like that it allows you to store the cushions right in the unit instead of shoving them in a bin or leaving them in to face the weather. ASSEMBLY- Instructions were great - a color booklet with page by page steps with images and they include letters on every item so it’s easy to do it right. My husband and I did it together in an hour or so. It was helpful to have 2 people, but not mandatory- although one or 2 steps worked best if someone held it in place while the other person used the little hex wrench to screw things together. STURDINESS- The resin wicker is sturdy and has a light 2-tone pattern, so it’s not boring. STYLE- The cushions are the perfect red and thick enough and seem well constructed- although not as thick as expensive furniture, but I expected that. The combo of dark brown wicker and red is very warm and inviting. FUNCTIONALITY- The back adjusts like clicker chaise lounges where you push it forward then drop it all the way flat and click up to the level you want and there are plenty of options for reclining. COMFORT- The one thing to watch for is the seat width, as it is not as wide as a full size chaise. It is comfortable for each of us, but not much arm room by your sides if you want to lay flat to sunbathe. SHIPPING - quicker than they estimated and both boxes were well packed and organized.     • Good value and comfort, particularly for small patio spaces. Questions about long-term durability.

The overall look and feel of this set is very good, and the comfort of being able to sit straight up, recline, or lie completely flat, is hard to find elsewhere, particularly at this price point. That isn't to say there aren't some drawbacks here. The main one for me is concerns about long-term durability. After about six weeks of use, one of the welds near the reclining mechanism broke. The seller, Joyous Home, was very responsive and helpful in resolving the problem, so my hope is that this was just a bad weld, but I can't help but wonder if this could be a flaw in the product design. Only time will tell, but for now I'm satisfied with the purchase and hopeful it holds up. One other drawback is that the cushions that are included are quite thin, probably so that it can fold flat and so they can be stored in the ottomans. This reduces comfort a bit, but if you're willing to deal with the set not folding flat when not in use, replacing the cushions with thicker ones can improve comfort significantly. Our patio chairs had cushions that fit almost perfectly, and using these, this is a very comfortable set. ... show more

I’m so happy with this outdoor set! I have a tiny patio with no storage so the fact that you can store the cushions inside the furniture and tuck away the ottomans is key. I love the versatility - it can be 2 club chairs or a loveseat, you can use the side trays or fold them flat and you can recline the chairs. I was expecting it to arrive at the end of the month but got it about 3 weeks early. (I got box 2 on Thursday and box 1 on Friday). The boxes arrived slightly damaged but the contents were not damaged all. I saw some of the reviews said people didn’t get all the pieces but my set arrived complete. I also saw the manufacturer said to email them for assembly instructions so I did and they emailed me the instructions right away. But I was happily surprised to see that an instruction booklet was included (there’s no way we could have figured it out without instructions). All the parts were clearly labeled. It took us probably about an hour to 90 minutes to assemble and it took my boyfriend about 15 minutes to fall asleep in the chair afterwards! My only complaint is that it looks like they reduced the price after I bought it so my advice is to buy it now - it’s a good deal! This set is pretty, versatile and comfortable! We originally ordered two of these sets and now ordered the third. This is a great set and can be used in several different ways. We live on a lake and wanted a modern look in our home, but wanted something that wouldn't be ruined by wet swimwear, towels, etc. We decided to try using outdoor furniture for some indoor areas and see how it works. We tried different set ups that would all coordinate and the house looks great! It is modern looking, comfortable, durable, and economical compared to other furniture right now. Friends and family love the new look. We can seat so many people in the same space and the room appears larger. This set is really functional for us. We love it. All the parts were included. Assembly was per instructions, and we are very pleased with service. I would definitely buy again and may in the future purchase for outside for our 70 ft. back porch. Love how comfy and convenient this patio furniture is. What a great design, to be able to store the cushions in the ottomans and the glass side table and to be able to push the ottomans under the seats when not in use thereby minimizing space and wear. Seats are comfy, love that you can set the seat back to whatever recline position you like (although you do have to get out of the chair to do that) and that the chairs can be set up like a loveseat or with the glass side table between. Like the side leaf can be pulled up to rest plates, drinks, books etc on. Like that the seats aren't too heavy to move so that we can move them in and out of the sun easily but they do not feel like they are weak are will fall apart. The red color of the cushions is great, bright and a nice compliment to our terra cotta tile. Pretty easy to put together, at least my husband did it in less than an hour. A+ all around! ... show more
