Although I haven't cut anything with this hand-held chainsaw, I charged both batteries and operated it. It seems to have plenty of power for my needs. Taking this out and using to cut up small limbs will be much more convenient than dragging out a larger chainsaw, of which, I have both gas powered and electric. This was a good choice for me.

I bought this little chainsaw to help me tame the brush behind my house. I stared using the saw and it cut very well through the smaller branches (1” to 3”). Then the chain slipped. I had to stop and put the chain back on and it slipped again. This time I put the chain back on and tightened the tension and on the first branch the chain slipped for the 3rd time. At that point I just put it away and used the other tools I had to finish the job. Major disappointment.
