Had this for about a week. I must say, I love it. I read a lot of reviews before I decided to get this charger. I have yet to spend the time to do a charging speed study, but I can say my iPhone 11 Pro is fully charged every morning, as are my Apple Watch and AirPods. I have a clear silicone case with a stick-on two-card wallet which holds my license and debit card. The base charges through it all. There is a sweet spot with that much crap interfering, but it does it. Having all that in the way is on me, not the charger. I’m just pleased it still works and charges to full through all that. In addition, the charging base has two white LEDs that illuminate when it has proper charge contact, so it’s easy to check for a good connection right before I go to sleep. Don’t even have to sit upBoth lights are not too bright to be bothersome. Excellent electrical engineering. Also, my work iPhone XR, which has the lighter of the Otterbox cases, charges great on it as well. No struggle to find a ‘sweet spot’ there! Just toss it on and instant charge connection. Apple Watch stays put and doesn’t fall off. Both my Series 2 and my Series 5 did wonderfully on it. You can read other reviews I leave to know I’m legit. Not a bot leaving feedback lol I highly recommend this wireless charger! I couldn’t imagine much I would change. Update: 5/6/2020 Still loving it and it’s still working great. I’ve even traveled with it a half-dozen times. I just make sure the watch stand up well supported by wrapping it up in some clothes. Update: 1/17/2023 Still works best out of all the wireless chargers I have. It’s been all over the country with my in travels. I consistently charge my work iPhone, my personal iPhone, and my watch all at the same time.     • Built solid and charges fast!!

This is a really elegant solution to charging an Apple Watch and an iPhone. Both wireless pads a good “sweet spot” so you don’t have to fiddle around and get your phone in the perfect spot. Using an iPhone X with and UAG plasma case I’m able to charge easily. The UAG case is pretty burley so slimmer cases should have no issues at all if the UAG works. The charger is very solid feeling and you can tell it is made of a lot of metal. The Apple Watch arms does not budge of bend. PROs: - built solid! - does not get hot even charging three devices - no fans that would create extra noise - charges fast!! The only CONS I can think of: - A proprietary charging cable instead of a usb cable. So if it breaks or you need a longer cable you’ll need to find he right relplacemet or use an extension cord. - the phone that you’d place under the watch is blocked if you are charging a watch. Also if you have a metal band on your watch you’ll want to make so it’s closed so it doesn’t scratch the phone underneath. - would be nice to have an additional USB port to charge an iPad or other device that still uses a cable ... show more

I’ve owned quite a few wireless charging pads over the last few years, and this has got to be by far the worst. I was very excited after seeing it was MFi certified and it seemed like a very premium charger. And for the first week, it was! After a week, I started having to fidget with the placement of the phone for about 5 mins before going to bed every night to get it to charge. Frustrating, but not a deal breaker. After the second week, I can no longer get it to charge my phone on the pad. I have a lot of experience with charging pads, and NONE have been as finicky at holding a connection as this one. Seriously, do not buy this unless you just want a cool looking Apple Watch charger. The charging pad is truly a waste of space. PROS: - Very quality materials. - Great Apple Watch charger - MFi certification CONS: - Does not charge on the charging pad after two weeks, essentially now a useless item. ... show more

Non technical review. Have not measured output or charge times. The Zen Dual Plus is taking the place of a Mophie wireless charging puck and Apple Watch Series 4 charger. Unit has a nice appearance and seems well made. It will be more useful when the Apple wireless charging case for AirPods becomes available, because right now, I’m only using for iPhone and watch. A unit with the watch puck and one phone charging station would be a nice option to take up a bit less space. Unit has worked reliably with zero issues since purchase. I tend to leave the phone on charger overnight and I much prefer the elevated watch station to just setting it on the side table. The larger charging area does make getting the phone in the right spot a bit less intuitive. It’s not a problem, but it was more reflexive to center it on the smaller round charger. ... show more

UPDATE 02/11/2021 - After having this product since March 2019 one side of the charging pad quit working. I looked up the manufacturer website and there was a 2 year warranty. Zens instructed me to contact the seller. I contacted them and explained the issue and they sent me a replacement (at no cost to me) within two days. Customer service like that and standing behind there product has earned them a loyal customer!!! Old review - A perfect solution for an Apple watch and two smartphones. We have an iPhone XS Max and an iPhone X and they both fit with ease. I also like that the apple watch charger is "built-in" and not like some other docking stations I've seen where you have another cord for the charger.
