Azulle Quantum access stick PC review Specs- spec wise this little stick PC has 2 gigs of DDR3 RAM and 32 gigs of flash storage. With a MicroSD card slot and 2 micro USB slots for power and it has an Intel atom quad core processor clock at 1.33 gigahertz and it's running Windows 10. Along with Wi-Fi 802 11 B G & M and Bluetooth 4.0. Build quality and Design- now from a build quality and design standpoint I would say that the stick PC is constructed quite well. There isn't any rattling are creaking of any kind and it actually feels quite solid in hands. That being said the overall portability of the stick PC is also a testament to the design because it's big enough to house all of the components but small enough to fit in a pants pocket. Overall making it a very portable full-fledged Windows PC. There is one downside however the HDMI port needed to connect the PC to my TV takes up a little bit more space than I would like. As a result when having the PC stick plugged into my TV is blocking access to the other HDMI port. Ports- now let me talk about the available ports and I must say this is where the stick PC a hit. Now I understand that to make something this portable and this compact some sacrifices have to be made, butt the manufacturer could have at least found a way to incorporate two USB ports, because with one USB port that really limits what you can do with this stick PC out of the box you either have to find a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard so you can leave the USB open for use later or go out and purchase a USB hub and then use USB keyboard and mouse just so you can get full functionality out of the stick PC. Aside from the One USB port you have to micro-usb Ports which also support power this is how you will power the device with the included charger. So the lack of ports really leaves something to be desired. Performance- now from a performance standpoint I must say you can really see the difference in performance compared to a desktop with 4 gigabytes of RAM that being the system that I'm coming from the performance takes a slight hit. No it's not bad by any shape or form and it still gets done everything I need to get done in a timely fashion but I just noticed that things take a little bit longer to open maybe like a few seconds or so more and I'm also found that it is quite easy to max out this computer or PC under load. So although the two gigs of RAM works I feel that the stick PC could have been much better with the inclusion of 4 gigs of RAM. Again this is not indicate that the stick PC performed badly but it could have just been much better. So from a daily performance standpoint and getting things done browsing the web social media Netflix Hulu Pandora word processing and things of that nature the stick PC works fine and for even uploading YouTube videos it worked without issue. That being said if you want to do things right game on your PC then this is not the PC for you in my opinion you may want to look elsewhere. But again from an overall daily performance standpoint the PC performance good. Positives and negatives- positives from a positive standpoint this stick PC offers a lot it's very light and portable it gives you the full desktop experience almost in the palm of your hand the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth performance on it are very good it doesn't overheat and it does everything you needed to do within reason. Negatives low internal storage of the box after the setup process and lack of ports. Also the performance as compared to a regular desktop PC definitely takes a hit definitely should have had more than 2 gigs of RAM. Although the stick PC is very portable the HDMI port going into the TV is still very big and chunky that could have been much smaller. That pretty much takes care of the positives and the negatives. Price and final thoughts- now when we talk about the price I really must say for $84 you really do get a lot and you guys may be wondering do I recommend that you picked the stick PC up. Now I would have to say that depends on the type of PC user you are if you're someone similar to me and the fact that you do a lot of social media a lot of multimedia a lot of Pandora YouTube a lot of Netflix then I would have to say yes pick this up you won't have any problems. That being said if your heavy PC Gamer and you do a lot of graphical editing or video editing on your PC's then I would have to say you might want to look elsewhere because this guy is not designed for that maybe sometime in the future yes but as of right now no. I really do love this computer. i've owned it now for almost a month and i use it everyday. i dont normally write reviews for things, but i just want to set things straight and let people know what this thing is capable of. i'm also currently writing this review with it. im not a hardcore gamer but i do dabble in some older games. when i'm not at work, i look forward to using this little computer, as it is a full blown desktop computer and surprisingly powerful. there is no lag when switching between programs or browsing the web. this is a big upgrade for me, as my last computer was one of those worthless netbook, a dell mini 1018. i upgraded the ram to 2 GB which didnt help at all because the graphics card of that netbook is LITERALLY the second to worst gfx card ever. if you look up benchmarks of GPU's and look up Intel GMA 3150, it scored a 2. the best gfx card scores like a 17,789 or something. so its basically the worst gfx card. it cant load even the lowest resolution youtube videos. but i dont really need a computer for much because i have an Iphone and it does everything i need. Anyway, i had some spare money and i wanted to buy something on amazon and i remembered a few years ago hearing about the raspberry pi mini pc. so i looked on google if i could install windows OS on them and it looked like a no, except i read something about windows 10. but then i found this and i wanted it immediatly. but before i spent my money, i had to do some research. so i found a bunch of these mini pc sticks with windows 8.1 and mostly identical hardware so i read all the reviews and looked at youtube videos and found that theyre all basically the same. however, this Quantum access has no fan and is built with a heat sink. the intel compute stick doesnt have the heat sink but has the fan and i had heard that it gets hot so i figured if this one gets hot, i can just put a little 5" fan near it to disperse the hot air if needed. so i read all the reviews and youtube videos and decided to buy this one and i'm very happy with it. i'm not a reviewer and have never tried the other pc sticks but i'm more then happy with my purchase. i already had a 32" tv, wireless mouse and keyboard and a 4 port USB hub so all i needed was the mini pc. As soon as i got it, i fell in love because of how fast it is. there is nothing more i hate then a slow computer and so i never really used my netbook unless i needed to write up a contract on MS Word. but this thing lets me do everything i can think of. the graphics card of this thing is great. its not the best but far from the worst. the processor is very fast too and windows 8.1 works beautifully with it. i love having a computer now. And for anyone wondering what kind of games it can hadle, these are what ive played and all work flawlessly with stable 50-60 FPS. Grand theft auto San Andreas - and Vice City Sims 3 Sega Dreamcast Emulator plays great on this with some lagging when the screen is clusted with its 128 bit graphics N64 emulator all games work great PS1 emulator all games work great on almsot maxed out settings so thats what i wanted to say. sorry this is so long but i wanted you all to know that this thing is great for anyone looking for a quiet, powerful computer. As long as you dont expect to play GTA V on this, it will serve you will. the gfx card is very important for computers because that will determine all your video output and graphics. this computer has a very decent card and plays netflix and amazon prime perfectly. the only thing i would like to see improved is the ram. i really wish it had 4 GB of ram. and a USB 3.0 would be fantastic. with those two upgrades, i wouldnt need another computer for many years. i'm even happy with the 32 GB eMMC storage becuse i have a 2 TB external HDD. i read somewhere about the intel compute stick is coming out with a more improved pc stick with a core m processor and 4 GB of ram. but i will wait till quantum suppliers comes out with one too because i'm very happy with this computer. but i hope quantum suppliers with stick with the atom processor, as it is a beast. i would recommend the Atom Z3795 processor. its a quad core with up to 2.39 GHz and supports up to 4 GB of ram in Dual Channel mode for maximum speed. its a pretty cheap processor and wouldnt increas the price too much. if they made a computer with all the things i just said, omfg id buy two of them the day its released. Again, sorry this is so long. you are a hero if you read this entire review. i give you props. and i give you my word that you will NOT be dissapointed in buying this computer. for the price, you cant go wrong. i almost want to buy another for no reason, just because its so cheap.
