I bought this scooter for my little brother, since he can't afford a car just yet. He uses the scooter to go to work, and back, but after a week of using it, it stopped working. It was fully charged before he went to go to work, only for him to come back an hour later, telling me it stopped working on his way to work. He turns the key, but the scooter doesn't even turn on. I like the fact that it is foldable and easy to charge. It runs great. I use it to commute to and from my job and local stores. I purchased the product and after 3 weeks the scooter wood not turn off. I have to disconnect the cord to the egnition to turn it off. I had purchased a warranty for the scooter and found that I cannot have it repaired in the USA and I could return the scooter for a full refund or keep it and take a partial refund. I decided to keep the product, however I am now having to get a new charger for the battery because it quit working. This is poor equipment as I believe there are defective parts to the scooter and to the charging equipment. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. After having this for a couple months, this will go a solid distance of a 13 mile Distance with almost 200lb man (going up pretty big hills included)! Very dependable, fun easy to ride! A+

I own two of these one was from another provider but this on it’s been 3 weeks and now the battery does not keep a charge as long anymore and barely at all and when I got it the scooter would go up to 28 mph but now won’t go above 20 if that and the other one same brand still holds a charge and still goes almost 30mph ... show more
