These are really nice, sturdy, very comfortable and supportive, and look like they could last for a long time depending on how you use them. I really like the color I ordered - light blue with purple soles. I ordered a 10 in women's but if your feet have a tendency to swell or are wide, they may be too tight. The rubber doesn't really expand much. They are really comfortable to walk in and they do have a slight arch support but it's not hugely prominent visually, however it's definitely there and you will notice it as you wear them - it's supportive but not uncomfortable as some art supports can be for people who don't have a really high arch. They also have a raised area for the toes to grip as you walk. The design of the sole cups your heel which helps them to stay on. I found another pair on eBay and also ordered a 10 and realized after I had been wearing them around for a while that they were larger and roomier. Then I realized that they must be a man's 10. The difference is substantial but in my case it's a better fit, roomier, and does not fit as tight. So if there is a choice between a woman's size and a men's and you have a wider foot or swelling, I would definitely suggest ordering the men's size. The extra width is helpful. It's possible that they could be slightly longer than you need if you get a men's size but the extra 1/2 to 1 inch is not problematic. I ordered 2 pairs the olive green and black in a size 8 1/2, the olive green fit perfect but the black were so small. 2 pairs of the same shoe just different color! I have previously purchased the purple once in a 8 1/2 and they fit perfect. Disappointed that I had to return the black ones. I wish these came in a 6.5 They're cute and comfortable for the most part, but they're just a little too small for my foot. I normally wear a 6-6.5 depending on the shoe, and in some of KuaiLu's shoes I can get away with a 6. But these run small and they're just a little too short for me. The 7 would be too big, but for some reason this brand only starts half sizes with 7.5. I realize people with very small shoe sizes are the minority, but it's annoying to struggle so much to get the right fit. I really wanted to love these because they're recommended so often. They're really lightweight which is nice, but the material is unlikely to stretch much, so I'm probably out of luck. ... show more

    • Help with knee pain and stability

These are the most comfortable and supportive sandles I've ever owned! They run true to size. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and after wearing them for just two days I could feel a major improvement of my knee pain. I also had a stroke in the past, and was left with balance and stability when walking and have fallen twice. I feel much more stable now, not to mention my feet feel so much better. I received these slides today and as soon as I put them on I was very pleased with the fit. The front of my foot is very secure. The fit does not allow my toes and front of my foot to flop around. Very comfortable and a great price as I got them on sale for $29. I'm between a size 9.5 and 10 depending on the shoe. I got the 10 and they fit perfect. Earlier in the week, before I purchased these, I bought a pair of Hoka slides, very similar to these, in a size 10. They were loose fitting allowing the front of my foot and toes to flop around as I walked which compromises my foot stability. I am very pleased with my KuaiLu slides. These are fabulous. I ordered the double purple in size 8 and I wear a size 8 in most shoes. They are accurately sized. I have slightly wider feet from past injuries, so I would wear a regular sized shoe but never a narrow,if that helps. I've had them close to a year and am about to order a second pair in another color. I think the reviews that are negative and revolve around sunlight could have benefited from reading the product info, but I've missed things before too I'm sure. In any case, I'm going to order them in one of the beige colors and will updateif there's anything different. I've mostly worn them around the house but this spring/summer started wearing them out (which is why I'm getting the beige as it goes w/more). No problems with them at all. ... show more

I bought these recovery sandals for my wife because she has a heel spur (calcaneal spur) and often deals with foot pain after being on her feet all day. She noticed a difference after wearing them for a few days. The cushioning is soft without feeling unstable, and the arch support seems to help reduce the pressure on her heel. She also likes that they have good traction and dry quickly. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the arch support felt a little firm at first, so there was a short break-in period. After getting used to them, she found them much more comfortable and now reaches for them every day. Overall, these have been a worthwhile purchase. If you're looking for supportive recovery sandals for someone dealing with heel pain or plantar fasciitis, these are definitely worth considering. ... show more
