Makes a delicious espresso with beautiful crema. The machine was easy to set up and use. There's plenty of room for a mug under the porta filter and also under the steaming wand. The wand froths milk beautifully. I did not see this in the instruction booklet, but to get the filter basket out of the portafilter, line up the little circular indentation on the inside of the basket with the indentation at the 12 o'clock position of the portafilter with the handle being at the top. See photos. The machine has a very slim profile so it doesn't take up much counter space. The true test will be how long it lasts. The last machine I had, which was a different brand, only lasted a year with daily use. I've seen some reviewers on various products complain about not receiving accessories with the machine. My thought is, if I'm going to pay under $100 for an espresso machine I don't mind buying some accessories. If you're new to espresso, I recommend a dosing funnel which you can find for about $20 on Amazon. I ordered a 51 mm magnetic dosing funnel and it fits perfectly. My tamper won't fit inside the ring to tamp the grounds, but I still use the funnel to fill the filter, then remove the funnel and tamp. Works great and no mess! ... show more

Product would not work. Followed directions exactly, would not produce any steam/ hot water, vibrated excessively, very loud, would not work. Numerous people attempted to follow instructions and device clearly is not functional. Returning.

This Aychiro 20 Bar Espresso Machine is amazing. I use it with the 2 cup option and I run it three sessions to get the amount of coffee I like. I haven't used the frother yet as I like my milk poured in cold which is more of a cappuccino. I've used for a few weeks now and still works like a charm every day. ... show more
