The media could not be loaded. This espresso maker is easy to use, heats up quickly, and makes smooth, flavorful espresso with a nice crema. The design is sleek and doesn’t take up much counter space. The steam function works well for frothing milk, making lattes and cappuccinos at home simple. This is too much work for a mediocre latte. Producing a draw of espresso doesn’t produce anything worth drinking. Too watered down. The frothing is inconsistent. The machine wasn’t designed by anyone who uses the product making it frustrating to complete the process. Removing the coffee grounds holder from the holder - especially when hot - is difficult because the keys are unmarked to show the required alignment to allow removal. I use good Peets coffee and the espresso is substandard. The machine could be much better. Not recommended. It’s going back.

My husband is Cuban & for many years I’ve been making Cuban coffee, or expresso, with many different kinds of coffee machines, but I must say this one is the most practical & easiest one I’ve ever had!! I’m so happy our last one, which we had for several years, finally broke, cause when u’d start brewing, u had to be there to turn it off & I can’t tell u how many times it spilled over on me. But this one is awesome 👍 It turns off by itself, just in case u get busy doing something else in the kitchen. I recommend this machine very highly 👍 Also, it doesn’t take up much space on the counter 👍
