This WiFi extender works really well. The signal reaches much farther, and you can definitely notice the difference in areas where the connection used to be weak. Used as a WiFi repeater, it provides strong coverage and exceeded my expectations for performance. Connecting to the original router yields speeds between 480-500 Mbps, while the repeater maintains close to 400 Mbps, which is an expected drop. Setup is easy, with the setup page appearing automatically after connecting to its default SSID. The only issue is that the setup page defaults to Mandarin Chinese, but the language can be changed in the top right corner of the setup page.

I've always been frustrated that my garage and master bedroom couldn't connect to the internet, until I bought this router on a whim. I didn't expect it to be so perfect. It was easy to install, the signal penetration was very strong, and the internet speed was very fast. Now, I can work in the garage without worrying about missing important information due to a poor internet connection. Maybe I'll try taking it to an outdoor park next time; I'm really looking forward to it.
