Directions are so so, assemble on floor take measurements then transfer to RV. Quality is amazing, for the price you can't find another awning with this quality. Do not pull the preloaded tension pins unless it's in the up or closed position. Buy it you'll love it.

Great replacement awning. The material is heavy duty & it fits directly where the old one was removed. You do need 2 people to connect the awning to the arms because it’s awkward trying to do it be yourself. It can be done though.

Good quality awning, good choices of frame and fabric colors. The bolts strip easily in heavy steel trailer frames, so, a few extra bolts/tapscrews would be nice, but, that's just a suggestion. We were leaving for a camping trip a few days after we intended to install it, so we decided to install the awning anyway and notified the seller to see what they suggested.
