Assembly was relatively easy and took less than two hours, just follow the directions and watch the tutorials first. The backboard arrived damaged, I sent pictures to the seller and they replaced it immediately without any further cost. The page for the item says it will take 90 minutes to build, which was true except we misread the instructions and installed the backboard upside down (totally on us). I like the equipment but I do not understand for what reason they hide parts B and E inside part K. It was even stuck on it... I had to check very well inside the big poles because I thought there were missing pieces but not instead they were hiding them inside pole K and you could feel and see the pieces B and E in a long plastic bag inside part K. Arrived much quicker than expected. Seller sent tips that really helped prior to it even arriving. I assembled this by myself, which was tricky at times. I absolutely feel that I needed an extra set of hands so I only used 2 of the 3 poles. Pictured are the hoop assembled with 2 of the 3 poles at the highest, tape measure is from ground to rim on the highest setting with 2 poles and a picture of it on the lowest setting. Easy to adjust. All required tools included which was awsome for me! Can't wait for the weather to cooperate so the kids can play! ... show more

I bought this for my 8 year old son for Christmas. Now that we’re finally getting nicer weather, I was able to start putting it together. I noticed the pole braces were missing, so I contacted customer service. The person I dealt with was fantastic….very nice, very helpful, and very understanding. She kept me informed on the delivery of the braces and ensured that I received them. It took less than a week to get them delivered. Now that the hoop is put together, my son loves playing with it. Received this mobile basketball goal and assembly was pretty straightforward, following the instructions for the “ height adjustment pole” I went to pull it down to lock in place at the 10ft mark to attach it to the bottom and it wouldn’t lock in place. Found holes were drilled 90 degrees opposite from where they were supposed to be. Called the customer support service and was very friendly and helpful to resolve this issue.
