Runs well im 6 foot 3 and 330 lbs and it was doing 25 mph with me on it. My only complaint is that the shifter lever snapped off. I will update review if I have issue getting a new one but to be honest they are like 20 bucks on here and if thats the only flaw I'll take it. Took me a while to like this bike mainly because they provide zero manuals on how to use the bike. There are instructions for setting the bike up from the box (my favorite instruction, install the washers in the correct order, without telling you the correct order), but, nothing on riding the bike. And there are settings that are necessary to get the most out of the bike Most importantly, the bike is limited to 15 mph out of the box (there is a video on this page that explains it. Also , a paper in the box that takes you to youtube pages that are not working). I had to delve deep into the dark web, seeing things man was never meant to see, just to download a basic manual. All that aside, once I got the settings dialed in, the bike is good. The seating position, is not my favorite, but that is a personal thing. I use my bnike on the beach and the 2 wheel drive is great for this. I can power through even soft sand. ... show more

So far so good 👍 My first ebike, I'll admit that I was a bit intimidated by the size (I'm 5'12") but very pleased with the sturdy construction and stability. Although I am still getting used to the bike, I'm looking forward to taking it up in the mountains. Power is sufficient for steep grades. Speed on a slight downhill hit 43 mph, may have had more in it but I had to pull back due to a car and double yellow lines didn't want to pass and embarrass the kid who was probably just learning to drive...lol. very fun. ... show more

Do not buy this bike. I bought it September 2025. It broke down January 2026. I purchased an extended warranty. Amazon, Seller, and the insurance company will not help whatsoever. They sent me the part for me to fix it myself. With horrible instructions that are not even the correct part. Now I am dealing with the manufacturer per amazons instructions. I have been without a bike for 2 months. With no help from anyone. ... show more

Bike is for tall people-Iam 5-8, it is hard getting on and off with both mothers it does doo a solid 10 miles an hr even on very steep hills . On level ground it still only does 10 or 11 mph going down hill the mothers only kick in only when the bike slows down to 10mph .

We got two of these bikes. We are happy with them. Have taken them through mud and sand. The fuel motors are nice to make sure you don’t get stuck. It’s hard to actually pedal because the pedal assist takes over. They do seem to sometimes have a mind of their own and switch up by themselves. Battery life has been good. We charge them after any longer ride or if it’s been a couple days. We use them fairly often but not everyday. ... show more
