This piece went together well and everything fit perfectly. It is a heavier piece of furniture than I expected — not flimsy! Not sure how functional it would be for men’s shoes, however. I think the capacity would be compromised. It does not look cheap and am pleased with the quality.

The shelf is better quality than I expected. It was easy to put together and very sturdy. Between the two shelves, we are able to fit 15 pairs of shoes between my husband and myself and our children’s shoes go on the bottom open rack. very pleased with how this shelf has cleaned up our messy shoe pile by the front door.

Update on the shoe rack!! They did reach offered to replace the whole rack without having us return the broken one! I did send photos of the broken pieces and where it was broken from!!! I am changing my review from 2 star to a 5 star! I really appreciated the fast response and the item came to my new address. It looks nice! However we were moving and didn't put it up until we got moved to our new place and unfortunately for us that means we missed our return or replace window!!! Once we put it together one of the screws and plastic thing to hold the top drawer was broken and will not work so we ae out the money and shelf!

Liked it at first but that only lasted a short period of time. The plastic pieces that hold the shelves/hinges in place popped out after a few weeks at which point the doors looked bad when closed and would FULLY open when opened. I tried to see if I could just replace those and give it another shot but I couldn’t find any way to do so & have had to just toss the piece altogether. Also don’t plan to use the dividers for anything that isn’t a small and flat shoe - normal adult size shoes or boots are too big for that so it’s more like 3 shelves rather than 6

I had high hopes for the AVZEAR Freestanding Shoe Cabinet with 2 Flip Drawers (Natural), especially because of its sleek and modern look. The design really is nice—narrow, space-saving, and perfect for small entryways. Unfortunately, the actual quality and assembly process left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue? The bolts wouldn’t tighten properly. No matter how carefully I followed the instructions, some of them just wouldn’t secure, which made the whole cabinet feel wobbly and unstable. That was a big letdown, especially since this piece needs to be sturdy for regular use. While I like the aesthetic and the idea behind the flip drawers, it’s hard to fully enjoy it when the build feels unreliable.

It’s a great little cabinet. It was easy to assemble and I was even able to modify the way it bolts to the wall. Rather than having the brackets on the outside, I mounted them from the inside. It feels sturdy, it’s not too heavy but also not flimsy and it came with extra parts.
