Ordered a 5600x, RTX 3080 build. The wiring was professional and well managed. The GPU was well packaged and did not move during transit. Everything booted out of the box. The only odd thing was that the NVME drive was installed in the lower, slower, slot vs the PCIE 4.0 port at the top of the board. This also meant that it did not have a heatsink applied even though the MOBO had one available. Besides that, everything runs great. The RTX 3080 was a blower style card. That was initially disappointing, but after testing, it boosts in range of it's bigger triple slot cousins. ... show more

    • Super long time for initial startup.
Computer and components came as advertised. I am very happy with the purchase. Now for the con. The computer was taking a really long time to boot. After about 30 minutes, I turned off the computer and tried again. Same thing happened. I turned the computer off and started it again. This time it booted to the windows 10 login screen but with Defaultuser0. I was unable to get around the Defaultuser0 login. I contacted Skyteck and they sent a procedure for correcting the issue but it did not work. I had to create a boot usb and perform a custom install of windows 10. PC works great now. Skytech said I should have just let it go through the initial startup process and that is why I ended up with defaultuser0 login screen. I lost a few days of gaming troubleshooting the issue. I would purchase again. ... show more

This PC is total garbage … I bought one for myself and one for myself… totally flawed and un- stable platform … crashes all the time … no manual .. no paperwork… accessory cords were opened… obviously returned… won’t connect to the internet .. and terrible customer service..heard a dog barking when I called them .. obviously a chili cheese operation… no help with customer support… my suggestion?, buy a pc from a big name … these assembly shops just deliver crap products with no stability testing and horrible customer service.. it’s no doubt an attractive pc … but that’s just perfume on a pig … i guess I’ll just scrap the parts to recoup part of the 4.3 k I spent since I was an idiot and threw away the box..worst pc purchase I’ve ever made !!!.. consider yourself warned!!! ... show more

    • Great computer, wrong power supply.
So far so good on the computer, runs everything at max settings no problem. The only problem that I have with it is, the specs say it has a 750 watt power supply but came with a 650 watt power supply. Cable management is really good on the computer as well.
