Great customer support! Jenny was kind enough to spend a fair about of time working with me to get the settings working in the AV-JOY-PRO, and the OBS and NDI settings. We had an issue with the OBS install on the Mac and had to do several things to get OVS to work, and she helped get that going even though it hadn’t anything to do with their product! I’ve used AVKANS in the past, and these are a great new addition to our setup! On the joystick - the inquiry page shows a “URL” for the rtsp and it defaults to ip:554 - you have to go and put in the actual ip of the camera, and you have to use VISCA-IP (it defaults to VISCA). Works great, super great support! Highly recommend!
