Could have saved maybe a couple hundred by extensively combing the internet for deals and installing everything myself but it’s not worth the hassle or time.     • It’s worth it!
This PC exceeded my expectations. All of the components are perfect for gaming. The only unknown for me was the motherboard and little info that is out there on the motherboard. It’s a biostar z590gta. It’s a good motherboard and it can be overclocked by someone who understands pc, because the bios is configured a little different from other boards. But the tower, cooling systems(360 water and 7fans, gpu, ram, keyboard and mouse are outstanding. The shipping was quicker then expected and packaging was great. The only issue I ran into was the description on Amazon said 32gb of ram and I received 16. I contacted the seller AVGPC thru Amazon’s messaging service. At first there was some confusion on my request to get more ram, but that was resolved and they mailed me 32gb of ram with a return tag for 16gb. This computer rocks. It is exactly as mentioned in product header. I was a little leery at first as when I ordered this there was no review. The PC itself is extremely quiet It does come with the triple fans with top mounted radiator. Mine came with 850-watt power supply and a MSI z490 mother board. They included mother board box with attachments in the box. The built in WIFI is great I am downloading straight outta box at 21mb per second. My PC is located in the basement and far from my router and I am getting great reception. I saw other people only got 16 gb ram, I didn't have that problem. Mine came with Ripsaw 32 gb Gskill. Oddly enough the ram I would have bought if I was building my own. This is great PC for the cost. I really recommend buying if you're looking. ... show more

    • THIS IS A SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
Computer ran for about a month and then had overheating hardware failures. AVGPC support is designed to keep you thinking your PC will be repaired but they send back broken parts and never actually repair anything until. After 3 months of them trying to fix the PC, I requested a refund and they stopped responding to my emails and won’t pick up when I try to call their support line. THIS IS A SCAM AND AMAZON CAN’T DO ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM 3rd PARTY. Only thing you can do if you fell for this scam too is continue to report them to the Better Business Bureau until Amazon drops them as a partner. I am completely satisfied with this pc's performance! I've played games such as Genshin Impact and Overwatch 2 on high graphic settings and it runs very smoothly! For its price I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a casual gaming pc with this price point!

I received it within a week. Its a beautiful computer for 1500 dollars. I got the upgraded blizzard 2 one. Bad, the graphics card was messed up. Once a game was downloaded the computer froze and rebooted. Very annoying. Tech reached out and said that i needed to send the computer back, not just the graphics card. Heating issue. I was able to full around with some buddies and got it semi working. I still have the issue but it doesn’t freeze every-time. I reached out again again via text and email and they never reached back out. Moral of story is when it starts it, return it or send it back for repair. Don't waste ur time. I gave it a three because you spend that much money on a pre made computer, wait a week and its busted. ... show more
