I know I'm late on writing this but as soon as it came we installed but the next day we turn it on and it didn't work I can't remember what the screen said we just put it away and never got use again so just sitting there put away don't get me wrong is a nice peace but it just didn't work Thank you.

This computer was bought for my grandson and it had an issue that I had a local computer tech look at. It is going to cost as much to replace the outdated hardware on this machine as the purchase price. I tried contacting the company and the support page goes to a dead link. I contacted Amazon and they did nothing saying it is out of warranty. They were scammed by this company and scammed their buyers. This was bought in 2021 and the hardware was 2011. Below is the note from the tech. Hi, your motherboard has a blown capacitor and chip. Also, your CPU is an i5-2400 (2nd gen 2011). You mentioned that Windows 11 was running on this PC; the only way that could happen is if the OS was cracked or modified to be forced to run on this PC. Windows 11 is only supported on 8th-generation CPUs or older and TPM 2.0-supported motherboards. Due to the CPU and motherboard's age, I have written this estimate as a repair/upgrade because the parts will be considerably newer than what is going in. ... show more

terrible do not buy this pc cant run most games and i benchmarked it it couldnt even run the benchmark test i tried mc on it and it ran 50 frames on the easiest game i kno and thats with razers fps booster terrible for the money expand ur budget to like 600 dollars build ur own pc off yt and u can run about 150-200 frames on most games AGAIN DO NOT BUY THIS GO TO YOUTUBE AND GET HELP THERE TO BUILD UR OWN FOR 600 ... show more

Bought this for my 10 year old son. It is fairly fast out of the box. Runs his current games (Minecraft, Roblox, etc..) with zero issues. Looking forward to him getting into more robust games in the future so I can teach him how to upgrade his computer. This gives us a solid base that fits all his current needs and also allows us to build as we go. Big bonus is the looks. Works fine for Garry’s mod, only reason I bought a pc. I don’t play other games besides left for dead 2 and gmod. I got a wifi adapter and it runs great. Happy with product and you get what you pay for. Spend more if you’re trying to play newer games

Don't buy everything was outdated. You can't even update to Windows 11. You can't play a good game. I would not recommend and WISHED i just did more research on other gaming pc's. My computer i had for 11 years had died and i needed another one that was inexpensive. This one was truly a waste.

For the customers: this is what you should know it does not have a Optical drive a.k.a. DVD player they should put that in the description saying it doesn’t have one but it’s not there it doesn’t say it does or doesn’t either way I want to use it for other things other than gaming the loads really fast in the Internet is really fast when it’s loaded the games take less time to download to my previous computer I played breath edge and it works fine just got hiccups here and there but you can upgrade.this the other problem is there’s no option or any way to put a optical drive in not a single port and that really ticks me off if you didn’t have one it should be advertise not having one and I would’ve went with the $600 one with the warranty about 700 which only had three fans and 250 Megabytes. The only other option is to go in a sternal optical drive a.k.a. DVD player CD player that’s also a pain in the ass you have to make sure that it’s able to read not just burn learned that the hard way make sure you read the descriptions and look for what is and what isn’t mentioned. To the manufacturer: this is borderline false advertisement you should really mention that it doesn’t have one if you’re not going to install it or even an option for someone who buys it to put one in themselves not everyone streams games online some people still get hardcopies that’s something to take in mine I don’t have a problem with the look I do have a problem with not seeing or mentioning certain things in your description for future references this would be best if an external hard drive doesn’t work I will be getting a full refund and I’m going with a different company very disappointed. ... show more
