I am replacing my old bed and mattress and this is the first time I purchase a memory foam mattress. The photos show the mattress just unpacked from the box, after a while, it came to the better shape and height. Personally I don’t like a mattress to be too soft, and this memory foam mattress is the perfect between softness and firmness. It comes back to shape easily, no dent or distortion where I sleep. Highly recommend if you ever want to switch from a traditional mattress to a memory foam mattress.
