Delivery was a lot faster than projected (3-4 days VS 7-8 days) and the packaging could only be described as "bulletproof" - not any rips, tears or scratches. The only issue I had was the "Assembly Manual" (a 1 page Picture Gram with little-to-no written instructions/helpful notes)! Could have been helpful getting the Back and Bottom Cushions mated and then mounted to the Rocker Frame, which proved to be the hardest part of the assembly! ... show more

I absolutely love this Rocking chair! It’s beautiful and very sturdy! It’s looks lovely in my living room . The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because one of the buttons on the seat is loose! Otherwise it would be a 5+ It is also very comfortable and for the price, just wow!

In my opinion, not very comfortable. Cushions are hard, quality is fair at best. The seat cushion is long. I am 5’4” and need a small pillow behind me. Kudos to the company, one of the chair legs had a large crack in it, I contacted the company and had a new chair leg within a week. However, I had failed to notice that the other chair leg had a couple of hairline cracks as well. Had I noticed I would have asked for 2 new chair legs. Fairly easy to put together, it took me about an hour. I will not be keeping the chair as it is just not comfortable enough for me. Note: it does not rock well on rugs, even a very thin rug. ... show more

The chair is very comfortable. I'm 5'3 and I can sit in it comfortably. Has a great rocking motion. It still slips and slides a bit on hardwood flooring.... I'll have to eventually put a mat or rug under it. But overall a great chair. It took me less than 30 minutes to put together. The instructions were easy to decipher as it was all pictures. Haha.
