The first one we received came in a heavily damaged box. Unfortunately, several pieces were damaged. The seller offered a replacement or a 50% discount. We opted for a replacement. The second one came in an undamaged box with no dents. It took my husband about 30 minutes to fully assemble it. We hooked it up to the gas and it lighted just fine. Unfortunately, we were in the midst of the 4th biggest snowstorm of all time, so we haven’t really used it yet. The style is great and we are happy that it came with the wind guard, metal lid, glass rocks and furniture cover. The only adverse comments I have are that the tiles are more beige than grey and that the center tiles on each end do not meet the metal edging (see picture). We will fix that with some black caulking of some sort. This fire pit was the exact measurements we were looking for and had all the extras, so overall it was a good purchase.

Had settled on a much more expensive option that ultimately was on back order so purchased this. That was as a savings of over $200 and I could not be happier our first choice was unavailable. The challenge was putting the unit together. The instructions were fine and useful but it did take some time and as well as some backtracking to get some screws to line up. The included glass makes this unit look much classier than others similar in style. It feels solid and the ignition system is easy to use. Adjustable flame is a plus for when you don’t want to generate so much heat output. Assembly requires time but the inclusion of the glass wind guard, cover, nice looking glass media makes this a bargain compared to a bunch of units we compared. Would purchase again.

The product arrived on time. Several panels had some unsightly dents, but most were hidden after assembly, except for one big ugly one on the frame of the table portion. Most if these dents were likely due to a combination of shipping and not quite adequate package protection. The igniter is very hit or miss. That being said, even with its flaws, it rates 4 stars because you can carefully light it with a fireplace lighter and its warm and gorgeous when its burning. A product at this price point shouldn't have these cosmetic issues. We contacted the company and they provided very quick and excellent support. It's not obvious at first. But one can contact them through the Amazon order itself.

The fire pit works great and we have enjoyed sitting out on a cool night with the great heat it provides. However, as a previous Review mentioned, the gaskets for the clasps to keep the glass for wind prevention melted and it is definitely a product mishap. We also received the product with a couple of dents which were easily repaired. Overall I would recommend this for the value and presentation. It looks great on our deck and the gray top is attractive. We live in the Chicago area and experience a lot of wind so definitely need the glass attachment. Hoping we can find a solution to the clasp gasket washers on the glass to solve this small issue.

I absolutely love this fireplace! I had a couple issues with it igniting, but I have been working with the seller, who has been great. I will update my review once I receive and use my new replacement. They are sending me a new one, which is excellent customer service. I am hoping the next one will last for some years to come, because I so enjoy sitting beside it in the evenings. Can’t wait to use it this Fall/Winter.

I like everything about this fireplace. Our tile top arrived pre-assembled and did not have any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. The only complaint is it does not ignite without using a long lighter. It clicks, but doesn't ignite. No biggie we have the long lighter stored underneath In the cabinet. The cover, although would have preferred black or brown is actually fairly hefty.

Looks better than I was expecting. Like the light colored top and finish of the top table part. Cover fits over the glass and fire pit table part. Very happy with it. Only thing is it came with lots of dirt on it so we had to clean it. Not a big deal because everything seems to work fine but a little odd.
