I'm not sure if I'm the only one but this made me feel really sick. Felt really nauseous and dizzy having it on. Thought it may be just to tight on me but I even adjusted it and it didn't help. It seems to work better for other people so I feel like it could just depend on your body but it didn't react well with me. :(
