It has both light sensor and motion sensor and it can adjust brightness with 5 levels. The brightest level is bright enough to illuminate the whole dark corridor. Thought it’s a little bit pricier than other brands, it’s definitely worthy and meet all needs of different situations.

Not much not to like about these lights. The are small enough where they don't take up both outlets, they have adjustable brightness, can either run them as "on at dusk" or "on when motion is detected". Also, they respond quickly to motion. One good use is for the bathroom, turn on low for those late night trips to the bathroom. Adjustment switch has off-auto-on. To adjust brightness, there is a small button just repeat press for the level of light you want. Very easy to use, nothing complicated about them. You get 4 nightlights so use them where needed. Great little lights. Just the right brightness for a night light, with 2 brightness settings to adjust to your liking. Not sure what people are saying about it being too dim. It's supposed to be. It's a NIGHT light. Just enough light to allow you to see without tripping and breaking your leg, or being blinded by the regular bathroom light when you turn it on at 3am. Motion sensing works as perfect as it can be. It turns on if it detects the right amount of movement, and if the light levels in the room are bright enough it doesn't come on (usually). However, I do wish it had a light "sensitivity" adjustment. In one corner of my house where I placed one, the light is always dark enough for it to come on during any time of the day when there is movement. That's my only complaint. All other areas of the house, it works great. Doesn't come on during daylight hours, and only comes on at night with movement detected. They only stay on for about a minute after movement has ceased, and they don't even get warm. In the bathroom where I have a low hanging towel, it touches the top of the light, and I was always worried about it being a fire hazard with regular light bulbs. With these LED bulbs, they don't even get warm to the touch. It's perfect. I also use one in the laundry room which is between my garage and the house. There are steps going up to my house in the room, and I don't even turn on the main light anymore when I'm coming home from being out. This light just turns on automatically and is enough for me to see without tripping over the steps. Very good design. I am probably going to purchase 4 more for some other areas in my house. ... show more

Great product. Also, a great value. The night lights are quality constructed. I love the design that affords adjustable brightness. They have a great range of illumination.. The motion sensor works extremely well and picks up movement as soon as I reach optical range.

i absolutely love these night lights!! You can set them for motion sensor which works great, or set to when light is on or off or have it on all the time. It also gives you a wide variety of dimness to brighter which I also like. I can have the one in the bathroom a little dimmer for the calming during the middle of night without having a bright light on. In the hallway I have it turned on brighter so as I am walking through the hall it will come on with motion sensor and be bright enough to see my way for quite some distance. The media could not be loaded. These are great little plug in lights that are nice and bright but get brighter at a touch of the button on the light. There’s no battery, works great for its purpose. I may buy more since they are motion censored, you can have them just on or by motion. Great lighting for the hallways. Especially if you have kids to light to the bathroom. ... show more
