Didn't match holes for mounting on cart but was close ,so had to drill out. As others mentioned doesn't come with any mounting hardware. Other than that works and looks good

Shipped late after being ordered .... no mounting screws or nuts... no backing plate ... needs some cuts and drilling to fit properly... hardware looks heavy duty.
