Works! Wife and I deleted the Aux battery and installed this for peace of mind as we don’t have the tazer programming tool available. Access was slim, but once you unplug one cord, the re-install is a bit easier. Access is definitely limited so tools to help yourself are necessary unless you can squeeze your hand in there. Once installed, the start stop will be disabled and the light to indicate so will illuminate from the start. Time till tell the reliability, but worked the first try. Go for it, save your battery(ies)!

It works as described; however, it was extremely difficult to install (2023 Wrangler). The instructions are fine, it's not a difficult process to install, it's just extremely difficult to get in there to do it. More instruction on getting to it would be helpful. It's been working fine and now that the cuts on my hands have healed up, I'm happy to have the auto stop/start gone.

Installing with big hands and the factory stereo amplifier installed is a challenge. You will need patience and a flashlight. This install should take less than five minutes. Removing the panel below the steering wheel column is a must. Just a quick pull and the panel pops right off. The supplied instructions are good and the available video is clear also. The product works as advertised. You can also turn it off by just pressing the auto start/stop button. For me it wasn’t a big deal to remember to turn it off. However, now I don’t have to think about that anymore until I need warranty service done😂 Gotta remember or I’ll get some kind of Jeep tech comment. 2025 JT Rubicon

Installed in literally less than 5 minutes in my 2025 Gladiator High Tide. Granted, I'm a young guy who has installed plenty of audio/electronics in jeeps so contorting to reach the plug wasn't an issue. It is a little hard to reach given the location. Removing the dash panel under the steering wheels isn't needed but gives you a little more room to work. Literally plug and play. Does exactly what it says, no more annoying stopping at redlights!!!! Well worth the money, unless you need the extra features, get this instead of shelling out the $ for a tazer.

This item is great! I forget to hit that button every single day then get to the end of my street and my engine shuts off, it has been driving me crazy!!! With this, no more need to hit the button it’s already turned off. Installing it was very easy although the instructions weren’t the best but still pretty straightforward. My hands were a little too big making it a little more difficult but with a little patience I was able to install it. There are no instructions for removing the plastic paneling under the steering wheel but with the included tool it pops off very easily making it very easy to install unless you have large hands. I would say that this little device was well worth every penny!
