I seriously was upset that I got a crappy razor, that worked one time for my husband and then would not charge battery wouldn't do nothing so you know what I tried to get a refund for my 799 and these people at Amazon tell me after I was already told an issue of a credit would be issued to me within 24 hours not getting that credit I contact them again, and informed after being on chat hold for over 30 minutes and then having to contact them by phone I have to drive 30 miles to return this item to get my $7.99 refund Amazon y'all need to get your customer service all on the same page and y'all need to realize that you just lost a customer that is purchased with you for over 10 years for every single incident in her life way to go for 799 by the way don't buy the razor it's crap ... show more

Very clean cuts, very short. On my 10th use without having to charge. Blade is wide enough to use as a primary set of clippers but not so big, you can still do fine trimming. Very light feels very flimsy like it could break easily but you know the performance you get out of this thing is way better than having one of those fancy heavy machines. I ordered this one and got in about 4 days. Supposed to have purchased the real one and it just arrived from Ireland and it took 6 weeks... Works great and seems to have a great battery life, still getting used to using it because it will give you a close cut - the attachment combs are a little hard to get off but other then that is seems to be working great. The one I saw on the commercial have not had a chance to try still waiting for it to charge up, and the handle is very slippery so stick with this one.. good grip.. ... show more

The unit powering was too weak to cut hairs, tested on the hand with this particular brand. Very disappointed since sending as a gift.
