If you want to etch on Yeti-style cups, this thing is perfect!!! The ONLY knock I would give it is that while it works great to hold around the OUTSIDE of the cup, it is a bit lacking when you try to hold cups from the inside. The fingers are not curved properly to engage the ID of cups well. So, when you hold them on the OD, you run the risk of your laser hitting the fingers. I will most likely make my own fingers for holding cups via their ID.

Setup was a breeze with my Atomstack s20. I'm using grbl, so trying to figure out y axis steps per rotation took me some time to figure out. Once I had it dialed in , it worked perfectly. Like others have mentioned, the chuck angle adjustments aren't very stiff. The chuck is a bit cheap. It's aluminum with brass jaws. There is some slop, but it holds pretty well. If you have a 3d printer, the chuck can accept all sorts of variations of work holding. The tail stock is gimmicky and really needs a bearing for rotation. I haven't used the roller setup yet because I'm mainly etching smaller items.

The old harness has three white connectors the S, 12v, and Probe. The new one has a TTL which I believe is the S and two 12v wires. So it have an extra 12v and no probe with. The probe connector is bigger than those three also. I'm afraid to try the new harness as I don't want to ruin my machine. Can anyone provide feedback as where there is two 12v and no probe wire. Giving one star and will change review if this is corrected. Also I messaged the Whatsapp number on the customer service I found online and also sent my email and info through the online form. I have heard nothing back yet. Terrible customer service. I have to put my old harness back on. I looked forward to the bigger area but can't use it.

What is better than expected lol. Cumbersome dealing with Bee. Set it up. But after a few sideline videos, the ruler and check settings were very simple after a few times doing it you had to put your mind in 3-D space. This was my first time using this type of device. Thank you very much for the great workmanship. It will last me the rest of my life thank you.
