My AtomStack A5 M50 Pro arrived very fast and was well packaged. Putting it together is straight forward, the laser is heavy duty and stable. The A5 M50 Pro laser engraver is so easy to use and the laser cuts very well as it hovers over the material with a very straight, clean cut and it is also very good for engraving and etching. The laser is way more powerful than I expected. Just after a few runs I already love this laser, especially because it also has the ability to connect with WIFI and work offline.     • Powerful laser engraver with a small design issue
For the money this is a pretty hard engraver to beat. My only complaint was the location of the power cord and the awkwardly short USB cable (included) are on the front left of the machine. I couldn't find a set-up with my available space that would work workout using the mouse and keyboard around the USB cable. Works great otherwise. ... show more

This is my first laser and so far trying to get any factory support is a process. Their website tells you to log in for support even though I’m already logged in. The firmware download doesn’t work and converts to Chinese half way into the process. I’m think the version with the added control panel is a total ripoff since it is unusable without the download. The company needs to invest in customer service and in updating the Wi-Fi / app . ... show more

There is so much to say about the Atom stack laser I am not sure where to begin! I have other lasers but needed a larger footprint for bigger projects. From opening the box it was clearly packaged and parts were bagged together for steps. All tools needed are included and building it took around 30 minutes. I did update the firmware (very easy with the video on the site) and had Wi-Fi connection to send from the app. This was a cool feature allowing me to quickly send files to the laser. I use light burn and had zero issue with setting it up in the software and producing quality projects in no time. I was able to engrave and even cut (I cut 1/4” ply) with little effort. The work area is approx 15”x16.5” and you can really engrave huge projects with this. I am more than happy with my purchase, it has expanded my business the same day it arrived ! ... show more
