Received sealed product packed with OTS manual instead of ODIN. Customer support just said "download the manual" - no replacement offered. Brand new 123A batteries immediately failed due to some extreme internal drain (wasted 5 trying to reboot the unit) you could see the batt symbol drop to zero in 1 minute. Side buttons very difficult to use and navigate thru functions. Well familiar with other ATN thermal prod. - This model was a major fail. Two tech support calls did not go well ( Pablo was very helpful and professional ) and I elected to return rather than replace the unit and wait for a better product. ... show more

The highly rated ATN Odin LT order failed for the second time. The first time the ATN thermal (non-Odin) was ordered the battery failed. This time it was said to have been delivered, but was not. If Amazon cannot manage its resellers more effectively, it should not sell higher end equipment like thermal monoculars. ... show more
