It's a great product. I bought a pink one but my kiddo dropped it so the screen broke. So I purchased the blue one this time. It's a great device but I will only give it three stars because the charge only lasts for 3 hours. On the pink one it also only lasted 3 hours. The next model you release the battery should last 5-6 hours. Customer service emailed me so I told them the same thing. They told me the initial use is three hours once you charge it, it's longer. Absolutely love this product, it does everything I wanted and more. The parental controls are linked straight to a gmail account which makes things really easy. The battery life doesn't last more than about 3 hrs which is fine. No need for a 3 year to be on a screen longer than that. I originally purchased this product to use as a tv. The case is super cute but it doesn't look like it would protect much. Would highly recommend getting a screen protector. Other than that don't really have any complaints. I bought this tablet for my three-year-old. It is a durable, smooth kid tablet and was easy to set up. I love parental controls and was able to download YouTube kids, Netflix, and Disney without problems and it has perfect sound, so it doesn't hurt my kid's ears.

Idk if anyone else had this problem, it does not work without wifi... no apps work without wifi... so no offline playing anything if you plan kn using this for car rides make sure your car has wifi. Pros It's OK for the price you get what you pay for.... Parental controls Cons *pre installed app needs an account that may or may not work... *NOT FOR CAR TRAVEL WITHOUT WIFI! *Very slow * google account needs to be set up for child. If your child does anything against what's allowed even if by accident the back up gmail will also be penalized... banned/deactivated. It states this in the parental set up with Google.
