This unit has by far exceeded my expectations… I recently renovated my condo and had to replace a 11 year old, corroding 40 gallon water heater. My plumber recommended that I look into a tankless option. I came across this unit and ran it by him just to make sure it would be sufficient for my needs. This unit is good priced small unit. Easy to install. Takes maybe 15-30 min. Very good use of power unit only uses power when you require hot water. No leaks. Solid build. Will not heat water past Luke warm and that's even at low water flow. If you actually read the owners manual it states that it will not heat water if the supply water is at or below 50 degrees F. My water supply is not well water and its 80+ degrees outside.
