If this is anything like the previous model, which I had installed, it has a plastic tank that will crack and spray water onto the electrical connections, poor flow rate, and only ever on or off. I got this to replace the previous unit from this company of the same style, once we went to remove the old one, we saw what lousy quality was, and purchased a good one for not much more. ... show more

This unit is good priced small unit. Easy to install. Takes maybe 15-30 min. Very good use of power unit only uses power when you require hot water. No leaks. Solid build. Junk. The QC sucks. Customer service is good. The inside is plastic and cracks, the seals on the inside are not great. Strongly do not recommend. Another one from this brand broke today after less than 3 years of use. Professionally installed.
