The only thing usable but cheap was the (canvas) lol. Took very little to make marks in patterns. Tubing was to small to hold canvass in grooves. Btw only had enough tubing to do one side. Luckily I saved my original tubing for both ends. When replacing yours,save tubings. If I hadn’t needed it now I’d have sent it back. ... show more

It's very poor quality(the material is quite thin and inferior), the instructions were inaccurate, the nylon tubing that goes into the seams were BOTH 10'' too SHORT, so I had to purchase new tubing. Would not recommend this awning to anyone. I would have sent it back, but we needed it in a short time. Very disappointed!! ... show more

This replacement awning is super easy to install (with a couple of people)! The vinyl material seems extremely durable and has a nice color to it! It fits just right, did not have to make any adjustments. As it is brand new, I don't know how long it will last in this Florida weather, but only time will tell!     • Thick, Sturdy Fabric
I actually got this to place over an outdoor shed that leaks on and off. Since it has started raining, I have it secured over the roof. It has rained countless times since I put it up, and no leakage! The fabric is very thick and sturdy and it dries quickly. This is a well made waterproof fabric.
