I am so happy with the new carrier for my cat. He is very tall, and I wanted a carrier that was comfortable for him and that allowed him to sit, rather than being forced to lay down due to it not being tall enough. I purchased this for his annual vet visit coming up, and had him test it out prior to the appt. It comes very compact, and doesn’t require any putting together. It is flat and cant be stored compact, and then when ready for use, you just pull the top up and it opens right up. Super easy for storing and putting together. It does come with a little soft mat inside as well. It is very secure and I like that it has snaps instead of zippers. Also I really like that it can be at strapped into a car seatbelt for safety. It was a good price for how tall it is! Also it is not very heavy so it makes it easy to carry! Overall so happy I found this one! ... show more

Came perfectly, a day early and in good condition, assembling was pretty easy. Both clasps worked, came with the bottom able to be easily removed to be clean, and something to attach the pets harness or collar to. Spacious yet easily compatible. These are the BEST carriers around. Just get it. You don't need the extra base one so save the $. This one has loops you can feed the seatbelt through. Every vet I go to, I have a lot, LOVE this. Every tech is like I want this for me!! It is 360 mesh so the cats can see out. I thought they would be scared but they love it. The top flaps open half way on both sides and then if you press the handle connector at the base it will release and the whole top will fold to one side fo easy lifting and carrying out pets that are bigger, feisty, or laying down (injured). I have an 18lb Maincoon and a 14 lbs orange tabby and both fit well in the biggest one. They can even lay down comfortably and stand up! The inside bottom has a small mat, no cover, so I wrap with a puppy pad if I have an injured or cat that may have an accident. I have even fit a toss blanket in there for the 14 lbs tabby. As I mentioned they hook into the seat belt by wrapping the belt around in the holes to keep it in place. The only thing that I wish was better but may not be able to is the handle opening. The top is connected to the handle from the base of the handle to almost the top. So where you see the handle pad, that is the width you have to hold, so you can't put this on your forearm if you wanted to and it's awkward to lift up by just the wrist (though I have bad wrists), so it's really just hold it down at your side. The handle is super comfy and Ive just worked around it. I bought 2! They even like it as a bed. I even went to a restaurant that allowed dogs so they were ok with us with our at in the carrier after the vet and it looks like a baby carrier and fit in the booth seat. Oh also it came collapsed! So you can un Velcro the sides so this can lay flat for storage! The only thing this can't do is fit under and airplane seat or be on your back haha! ... show more

this is the best carrier i could imagine, so happy i found this! my cat is pretty big.. right under 15lbs and it was impossible (and very uncomforable) trying to get her into carrier and to the vet. since i found this it’s beyond easy and i know she’s comfortable in there with room to move around but also secure and feeling safe. i usually put a blanket over the top to cover the sides as we’re driving & when carrying i always hold / support from the bottom because i don’t trust the velcro straps at all- seems pretty dangerous to be honest! if your cat is small this is probably too big unless filled with blankets on the inside. overall great carrier but a few things to be aware of and careful about when using. ... show more

This is the second one I got and I will be getting one more when I can. One for each fur baby. My make chi is very picky. He was a street dog till I saved him. Now he has to have luxury. He would not let me put him in any type of bag. But the day I ordered this for him ..he hopped right in and let me shut the lid. It's a perfect size. He is 8lbs. So he has alot of room. I could fit him and 2 5 lbs in one if I wanted to. Mine like their own space. They are spoiled. And I get sooo many compliments on these cute carriers. Ok. So comfort. Well I just add my own super soft pillow and give them each a blanket. So the comfort would be the fact that they can see out and its roomy and they feel safe. Unlike sitting in a bag. Wondering if your gonna get squashed dropped or sat on .. lol. I highly recommend this carrier. I got the first one in the pink floral. Older style. But these have got from 50 to 35. Cause they dont have the extra new gadgets attatched that the new ones have but I have to say. I dont need that stuff. These are perfect like they are and if my picky spoiled little man loves it then it's a go for me. Not to mention . . Ppl compliment these every where we go. So I gotta stop and tell ppl to get on Amazon . Yes get one before they run out of this style and only have the upgrades that you dont really need for the extra 40 bucks or so. I'm hoping I will be able to get one more before they sell out. Oh yeah did I mention I am the pickiest shopper. I have to have to best product for the best price . I'm not shy with my opinions . Just one thing. When you first get this ...dont panic if you have a hard time with the button. It's only hard at first. But once you get it broke in by using it a few times its fine. It's the push button. And it seems a bit cheesy till you realize that it's just the way its made. But I have used mine every day since last September is when I baught the first one. And I have not had a problem with it. Just sometimes if you accidently get a piece of clothing in the way and or a blanket for your baby and think it wont shut. Lol. Or the leash that is attached on the inside. Be sure to always keep it inside so you dont panic thinking it wont shut. I get in a hurry at times and do that. But if for any reason you get one that is damaged. They will swap you out very quickly. I had to exchange one cause I had a hard time with one of the buttons but next one was awesome and this new one i got is good too so far. But if I have any issues I know they will take care of me and that is important. Hope I was helpful. Just remember price dropped so better get it before there is no more in stock. ... show more
