Great Scooter and Excellent Customer Service
I purchased this scooter for my husband who has Parkinson's and it has been wonderful. He loves the maneuverability and finds it easy to use in the house. I plan to use it for travel and accidentally ordered the wrong battery (30AH). Amazon's only option was to return the whole scooter, but when I contacted the company directly, they responded immediately and helped resolve the issue. For anyone buying: order the 12AH battery for airline travel, and the 30AH for longer use at home. It would be great if both batteries could be purchased together. Highly recommend for both quality and customer service.

Folds without fuss

I appreciate that this folds as one piece. My old scooter required removing parts, which was a hassle. Now I just fold it, roll it into the closet, and I'm done. It takes under a minute and doesn't leave scooter parts scattered around my entryway.
