Mine, unfortunately, came pre-infected with Windows spyware. So the first thing I did was delete that and put Ubuntu on it. Now it works great! The combination mouse pad/display is amazing! I love it. Very fast, super light weight, everything you could hope for in a laptop!

adquiri este equipo hace unos 3 meses, no se si a alguien le pasa pero cuando estoy navegando por internet y comienzo a ver videos, se coloca la pantalla negra por un momento y luego se despixela cuando muevo el mouse, hace coomo dos semanas que me esta presentando esta falla.

    • Horrible WiFi Driver/ Adapter Issues, No Battery Life
I bought this laptop in March 2022 for work. I'm having the exact same issues as another reviewer; constant issues with the wi-fi driver ( I uninstall and re-install multiple time per week) and less than one hour of batter life on a full charge. The laptop would be great if not for these issues, it's a shame. I'm already considering purchasing a new laptop because there issues are such a nuisance to my productivity.     • Incredible laptop for business
The media could not be loaded. I began researching this laptop February 2021 and decided this was the one I wanted. It was light and had an integrated 10 Key Pad. The Screenpad 2.0 was also intriguing. I purchased the laptop in May 2021. PROS: I use the screenpad quite regularly. I can attend a teams meeting on the main display while viewing a document or editing a spreadsheet on the Screenpad. I use application groups (launching multiple apps with a single tap!!), short cuts and quick keys. I don't use the quick keys that came installed, but I created my own for QuickBooks and I really love it. I was concerned how well the trackpad would work with a screen underneath it, but it works wonderfully and I am very pleased with it. The processor is very quick. It takes less the 25 seconds to boot up. I have no lag on anything I do. The main display is great and has a 178 degree viewing angle. It does not wash out. I highly recommend this laptop. CONS: Link to Asus app works occasionally. When it doesn't, I can transfer files from my phone to the laptop using the Thunderbolt 4 port. No light indicator on the Num Lock key. 10 Key Pad is condensed and took a little getting used to but I am fine with it now. Screenpad crashed after a Windows update but I was able to get it fixed via a chat with an Asus tech. I documented the steps and created a video tutorial. About 70 individuals have responded that it fixed their issue in about 10 minutes. I have been using this laptop for over five months now and I am really enjoying working on. I purchased this in March 2022 to replace a work laptop. The display is great, crisp easy to see. The wi-fi driver has been a nightmare, there is no ethernet port so a direct connection is not possible. They have replaced the driver 2x and having issues with it again. The battery life is atrocious, at best I get 45 minutes on a full charge. I normally prefer ASUS products but this one is a fail for me. ... show more
