The media could not be loaded. I actually needed to ordered two of this laptop since the first laptop arrived with a used laptop that is glitchy and loose ish/unbalanced mousepad. It shows free shipping and RETURN on Amazon but they only gave me 1 option to return it, is to pack it, print the label, and do it at the store. Which is common to do certain returns but they can’t to charge me $100 for it. I AM FURIOUS! So I went back home and tried to contact seller which is hard so I reached out to Amazon customer service. Now I have to wait for a response from Amazon and the seller. I don’t mind paying for the restocking fee if I got it and didn’t like the product but there was issue with their product. I ordered the second laptop to do a comparison and this laptop was a different experience since I was able to request a replacement instead. It was definitely new and better. It connects to most of the things that I needed but now I found out how weak the battery is. It does not connect to my extra monitors that I needed for work related. This is totally disappointed. My MacBook Pro is so much better and the screen is bigger also a 15” laptop. But it is not a touchscreen or able to use this one app/platforms I needed to use for work. I’m sure they have some other better models but this is my first experience using ASUS and I am totally disappointed along with how they are handling this issue. Since now I might even want to return the second laptop since it is not able to connect to other monitors and weak battery life that only last for 3hours. ... show more

Thought the price was too good for the offer. After setting it up, I noticed it didn't have a touchscreen (it was supposed to) and it is running on an AMD Ryzen 7 (not an Intel i7) as specified in the description. Without those two, I feel like I overpaid. 30-day return policy so I'll decide if I'm returning it or keeping it. Definitely not trusting the reseller again. ... show more

Best in price for an i7 processor and touchscreen BUT consistent BSOD issues. Tried every trouble shooting step reinstalled OS still no go. Some times the laptop is un usable.
