    • Red Back lit keyboard difficult to see
I hope I can return to this site and give this computer a higher rating. The Armoury Crate feature is supposed to provide with the ability to change colors. Right now I am having a very hard time seeing the keys because the back light is red. I have had daily online support since purchase. Now the Customer Service wants me to go to a factory reset. I am trying to like my computer because it is a replacement for a Dell that I bought on Amazon and I had to replace with the credit that was applied to my account. June 13 Addendum: I just updated my initial review from two to four stars because technical support worked with me all week and reached out to me to inform me that the keyboard back light color on this model does not change. I am sending it back because I just can't get used to the different keyboard layout and the color of the back light. I am getting a different Asus model because the ratings show that they are solid computers. ... show more

    • Buyer BEWARE
So I bought this for my girlfriend in May of 2020. First off Amazon delivered it to the neighbors thank god they were nice enough to bring it to her and not just take it. The Asus laptop was great for the first few months it stayed in one location for a majority of the time. After about 8 months it started having issues. (We both have worked on software and Hardware before) The laptop was mostly used to play steam games. It started crashing then it wouldn't turn on. It was about that time we had decide to ship it back to the manufacture due to the fact that we hadn't had it to long they basically just cleaned it and sent it back to us (Some of the keys had also started locking up as well.) We tried to clean it more and see what else could be done but at this point that I had dropped too much money on a product that didn't even last a year. With a company that hardly did anything to fix the problem or even compensate us for the issues. Will never buy ASUS equipment again. ... show more

    • Arrived with damaged screen
The laptop itself is a great laptop as far as I can tell, but it did arrive with a damaged screen. the box that it was shipped in was not very padded which is what could of caused it. Anyways manufacture is notified about the damaged product, will update on how fast and courteous about fixing this considering it is a $700+ gaming laptop. Bought a laptop from them and it's stopped working after 1 months, be really careful with this tricky guys THEY ARE NOT ACCEPT RETURN AFTER 30 DAYS, now who knows how long its going to take me deal with product that I brought from them.

    • Cheap, but good for the price
The touch pad is horrible. If I was the kind of person who used it rather than my own mouse it would be unusable as a gaming computer. However, the graphics, the sound, and the battery life are good for the price. Bought an external harddrive to compensate for the limited space.

Must be a great laptop because my fiance spends all his time on it. He hasn't complained about it so that's always good. I see it has a cute red glowing keyboard. It doesn't have an SD card slot or a dvd drive but it seems most computers nowadays don't. I'm not allowed to touch it anyway so I guess the lack of things I like doesn't matter ;) I'd definitely recommend for that fun gamer in the fam. ... show more
