Take a look at my pros and cons: I have a 43” tv Pro: -way easy to put together -not heavy at all -seems solid once put together -took like 10-15 min to put together -self explanatory, but has directions -no tools needed -simplicity which is elegant -screws together easily Cons: -SOOOOOO Short. It’s great for kid’s room. I have a shoe bench which is taller -the bars are plastic tubes and are hollow Other than those quirks, I like it. For a sub $40 price point, its phenomenal. The assembly is truly Tool-less, and instructions were very simple. had it built in under 10 minutes from when i opened the box. Surprisingly Sturdy despite the main bars being made of hollow black plastic. Stability is acceptable for the Carpet i have this setting on. But i would not suggest trying to move it after setting your TV on it. Set the stand in its final resting place, and then set the tv on it. The height is perfect for my 65" tv. When im reclining in my chair, the center of the TV is right at eye level. And as a bonus, its the perfect height for me to set my sim racing rig up In front of the tv for a great gaming experience. The cubby space, although limited, is just the right size for my two speakers and subwoofer. The finish of the 3 boards that make up the body are of more then acceptable quality. Seems to be some sort of MDF/Particle board wrapped in a wood grain vinyl. My only complaint (and it really isn't even that) would be that the stand is abit shallow, depth wise. my TV just BARELY sits in it without the feet poking over the edge. make sure you measure your TV's feet before ordering this. Perfect for my needs with low profile room setup. It looks great for the price I paid (total $40 including tax). I was a bit concerned about possible chipping damage during shipping, but thankfully it arrived in excellent condition with no issues. As a female, it only took me about 10 minutes to set up, 5 minutes to unpack and 5 minutes to assemble with bare hands, no tools required. The pictures show it with a 40" TV on top, but based on the quality, it can easily hold a 55" TV or even larger. The only downside and the reason I deducted one star is that the legs are hollow plastic pipes and they don’t come with end caps at the bottom. ... show more

PROS: -No tools required. -Pretty sturdy and can hold a 32" LCD TV, DVD player, laptop, speakers, DVDs. -Very light to carry. -Doesn't take up too much floor space. CONS: -It's too low. I have a 32" Westinghouse LCD TV on it facing a standard couch. The height is too low for that. It may work for a bigger TV or if you are sitting on the floor. It should be 6 inches higher/taller to make it eye level if you are sitting on a couch. - Doing the matching thing to "find the right peg" to fit smoothly is what takes up most of the time. If they tested in their factory that all the parts fit universally, this would probably take 5-10 minutes to put together. OTHER THOUGHTS: They say it take 20 minutes to assemble. It only took me about 10 minutes. Lay out all the pieces first. It's sort of like putting together LEGO's. Even though all the plastic legs seem to be the same - THEY ARE NOT. The threading seems to only work for certain pieces so all you need to do is see how easily it fits on the next joint (as you stack the tiers). If you see that the plastic peg is going in on an angle, then try it on a different peg. They all do (eventually) fit straight but it's just a matter of finding which one works.
