I am a female. My hubby got me bowflex adjustable weights for Christmas and a stand. I love my adjustable weights and while the stand is extremely sturdy, I am 5’2” and when I get above a certain weight, it is more difficult for me to retrieve the weights. I got this stand because I was thinking it was lower, but also the wheels. While the lowest height is essentially the same as my previous stand, I like that I can step in between as it makes grabbing heavier weights a little easier. I am going to use both stands for awhile to see what is easier. However, this new stand is extremely sturdy. It fits my bowflex adjustable weights. It’s easy to move around. I do want to add that I plan to reach out to customer service as it was missing a strap….

My husband is thrilled with this dumbbell rack! Before we got it, he kept his Bowflex dumbbells on the floor—until our dog decided to poop right on them. Needless to say, he wasn’t too happy about that. So, we ordered this rack, and it has been a game-changer. The assembly was straightforward, the design is sturdy and well thought out, and the rack rolls smoothly for easy repositioning. Best of all, it keeps the dumbbells off the floor, safe from any unexpected "accidents." If you're on the fence, don’t hesitate—this is a fantastic addition to any home gym. This came in a ton of pieces and took a while to put together. Instructions were ok, nothing to crazy. I was able to put it together entirely with the two stamped metal "wrenches". Once together I installed my Bowflex 52.5lbs dumbbells. I initially had them up on the 2nd height adjustment but put it back to the bottom. As I took one dumbbell off at the full 52.5lbs the stand started to tip over so be sure to have your hands on both dumbbells if using the full weight. This was not a problem with less weight selected.

The stand was so easy to put together with clear instructions and lettering on its pieces for quick identification. Comes with straps to securely hold your adjustable weight set perfectly. Love the functionality of the stand having wheels to that you can easily move it anywhere needed. The adjustable height also is a nice feature for fluid motions coming off the stand straight into your lifts. Metal used for the stand seems to be of good quality capable of withstanding any set you had.

These stands work fine for my Powerblock dumbbells - Mine at at 90 pounds each, so the weight capacity is pretty good. I have two pairs of Powerblocks, with the other pair on a stand made by Powerblock. This stand took about 20 minutes to assemble. This stand has a little bit of lateral wobble when the dumbbells are on it. It's not bad, but just be aware that there is indeed some lateral movement. It comes with both wheels and feet (yay!) but the lateral movement was noticably worse with the wheels installed so I opted for the static feet. The other stand made by Powerblock has zero lateral movement at all. I do like that this one is height-adjustable, but it is a bit of a chore to do so. That isn't really an issue though once you've got it set where you want it. It comes with two straps to hold the dumbbells in place, but they're pretty useless. It's not like my house lurches around a lot where I have to worry about the dumbbells falling off. It would have been better if they put some sort of padding or lining on the landing spot for the dumbbells instead. They dumbbells are sitting on a metal platform - which is okay - but a little padding would make for a slightly better experience when replacing the dumbbells after a set. I am going to add some foam tray lining material that I have already. Overall this is a pretty decent stand, though the Powerblock brand one is engineered better.

My wife really likes this set and thinks it works great. I'd suggest to measure your adjustable dumbbell set carefully and compare to tray size, ones like pictured in the listing likely work fine, core fitness ones you can strap down but they're a bit too large for the trays but seem to work ok. For a heavier dumbell set WITH it extended all the way there's a bit of flex. In that case not extending all the way and using the feet not the casters should help.

I have two sets of adjustable dumbbells, one set is a heavy set, the other is for 25 lb adjustable dumbbells. I use this rack for the 25 lb adjustable dumbbells and it works perfectly. The wheels are a nice addition to move the rack when needed. I haven't put the heavier dumbbells on this rack simply because I already have a rack for them. The build quality is decent and the build height is just right. Overall this is not a bad dumbbell stand. The tablet holder is also a nice touch.
