Great experience and worth the small fee for the extra coverage. I bought a ceiling fan and the price was great and I really liked the design. Several months went by and the remote control broke. I tried to contact the seller, but they were not forthcoming with a resolution. I'm glad that I bought the extra coverage with Asurion because I was refunded the moment that my return package was scanned at UPS. Good stuff.

I purchased the 4 year Asurion protection plan and contacted them after my product started showing defects after a little over one year. Initially I had trouble issuing my claim on their page until I contacted their customer representative through live chat. They were able to resolve my problem and reimbursed me the full price of the product after shipping it to them with the provided shipping label. I'm satisfied with their service and would highly recommend.
