It is a challenge when the product fails, but nice when you have Asurion to protect it. You dont get tax money back but the cost of the product reimbursement is quick and easy.

Been buying Asurion protection off & on for years, but this week was first time using it - I had a product that failed 3 years into the 4-yr plan. Process went pretty easy and claim was paid quickly. Little bit of a pain to mail a big water distiller back (as I'm disabled), but I understand why they require it - too many fraudsters out there. But this was worth it. I will buy the protection again!

Normally I'm not an extended warranty/coverage person, but for expensive products I'm iffy about I will usually take it. I purchased this to cover a 400 strand of Twinkly outdoor lights, and I'm glad I did because that strand died after 2 years. I actually bought 3 strands of Twinkly lights in that purchase, and put an Asurion protection plan on each of them. I would not recommend Twinkly bulbs to anyone at this point since 2 out of those 3 strands are dead now, but if you do then make sure you throw this in your cart so you're covered when they go out. Asurion pretty much instantly refunded me what I paid for the bulbs both times so I could go get replacements, went with Govee this time we'll see how they do. Thanks for the peace of mind and hassle free exchange!
