I bought a refurbished HP printer that stopped printing after the second use. Going through the process of a claim with Asurion was easy to understand and easy to get through. They sent an email with the return label saying once the item is recieved and inspected i would be getting a refund in the form of an Amazon card. Got the gift card code in an email 10 minutes after dropping off the printer at UPS.
