Asurion is totally on the ball with processing claims and giving you the full credit amount for what you originally paid. I filed a claim on a fan I purchased that stopped working...I'd say I probably filed the claim and received an Amazon credit to immediately use within maybe 15 minutes. Awesome service!

The media could not be loaded. Last for a great one year and this blow strong much better than the basics mediums one, but after a little over a year it stayed on one level, I believe is not low mist but might be medium mist however is still performing great. My recommendation is by asurion 3 years plan and they helped me with great service and and decided to give me a full refund 👍
