This is the second warranty protection that I have purchased from this company and they stand behind their warranties. I had one from them on my massage gun and when it quit working before the warranty was over, they replaced my massage gun, at no cost to me and no questions asked. This one I purchased for my Cordless Heating Pad, so I am sure they will stand behind my purchase, just as they did in the past. You cannot go wrong with their warranty and I would definitely buy another one if I need it for a product.
