I didn’t know if insurance was worth it when I bought my 3rd dehumidifier…but it definitely was! The unit quit working at just a little over a year. It was easy to submit a claim. The entire process was easy and Asurion came through for me. I won’t be making any larger purchase without including insurance. Highly recommend!!

I'm very satisfied with my Asurion protection plan. I bought a sewing machine, and after 2 years the computer malfunctioned. I looked up my warrantee, filed a claim, and had a gift card in the purchase amount credited to my Amazon account in minutes. This was a hassel free transaction that allowed me to replace the machine easily. Considering what happened, this was well worth the cost of the plan.

I am so happy I purchased Asurian Protection for my dehumidifier. It is a great dehumidifier. However, there is something wrong with the connection for the hose. I kept thinking my basement had water coming in from somewhere. When I discovered it was the hose, I tried 4 different hoses. Then I realized it was actually leaking from the unit. I called Asurian. In about 10 minutes my claim was filed, approved and a credit for the original price was going into my Amazon account!!!

The Asurion claims process couldn't be any easier. I have filed several claims in the past and the response was almost immediate in issuing an Amazon Gift Card for the full price I originally paid for the item. Certain products, like the dehumidifier I filed a claim on last week, I would never purchase without the Asurion Extended Warranty. In my case it has paid for itself many times over.

When my humidifier suddenly stopped working, I tried the suggestions to clean it and attempt to restart it. None of those worked, so I contacted Asurion with the warranty information, the condition of the unit, and the purchase information they requested. Within a few hours they had issued me an Amazon gift certificate to cover the most of the cost of replacing the unit. You'd better believe that I covered my new machine with another Asurion warranty for a total out-of-pocket cost to me of $30.48. I can't say enough good about Asurion.
