They SCAMMED ME into trying to buy another warranty. They cancelled my warranty for NO REASON without talking to me or Amazon. They then blamed it on Amazon so I reached out and Amazon said has no way to cancel a third party warranty. Amazon reached out to them to ask about my warranty and state that it can not be cancelled without notifying the buyer (me) and have no reason to cancel it which they then stated “Sorry for the confusion you do indeed have a warranty”. The next day I receive a message of them saying I no longer had a warranty even though Amazon is showing on my end that I do. So they kept trying to get me to spend another 80$ on another warranty. I am still unsure if I have one or not but I won’t be buying another as they will try to scam you into buying another one and/or cancel your warranty without even telling you.

Great Experience. Once the correct Documents were accepted it was a breeze. Overall it was easier to do the online chat to process everything. It was difficult to do on my own.

This $730 warranty refund was for a Kenmore water softener that Asurion determined was not repairable. I assumed that the refund would be in the form of a check or the Chase Visa that I purchased the softener with. To my surprise, the Asurion email stated that the very high dollar refund would be in the form of an Amazon gift card. This form of refund was a first for me and should not have happened this way. The refund SHOULD HAVE been credited back to my Chase Visa account. It will take me forever to use the $730 CREDIT on my amazon purchases. I will avoid purchasing Asurion warranty coverage plans in the further...EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED customer!!

UPDATE: It took a while, and a lot of back and forth, but Asurion did come through and refund the cost of the router. I am only giving it 4 stars because it took quite a while. After purchasing this with a CNC Router (on the same page!) when something did go wrong, and we tried to make a claim, after over a week of contacting Asurion the claim was denied. They stated that the router was not eligible, even though the plan was sold WITH the router. Do not buy any Asurion coverage - it is worthless.

TUDIVING compressor delivered on 2/28/25, used to pressurize 2 PCP air rifles. Compressor inoperable on 4/13/25. Rated to 4500 PSI, but will only pressurize to 3000 PSI, then auto shut-off, trips thermal reset switch. Attempting to get warranty service from TUDIVING, AMAZON and/or Asurion, none have accepted responsibility as of 4/20/25.
