Asurion came through. I couldn’t get any satisfaction from the manufacturer regarding warranty. They never responded. Asurion took things into their own hands. They issued a claim sent me a shipping label. Also sent me a gift card in the amount of what I paid for the item. With the card I purchased a Braun electric razor and two CDS. Unfortunately it is the worst insurance company, don't waste your money. He doesn't even respond to messages from Amazon agents. They are irresponsible and don't assume anything. One of my Wyze cameras stopped working correctly. After multiple attempts to troubleshoot on my own & with the vendor, I reluctantly contacted Asurion for the protection plan I purchase for everything. I say reluctantly because a few years back, I had a horrible experience when a relatively new purchase died & it took about 4 calls & several hours to finally get the coverage I had purchased.
