Asurion came through. I couldn’t get any satisfaction from the manufacturer regarding warranty. They never responded. Asurion took things into their own hands. They issued a claim sent me a shipping label. Also sent me a gift card in the amount of what I paid for the item. With the card I purchased a Braun electric razor and two CDS. Thanks Asurion

Unfortunately it is the worst insurance company, don't waste your money. He doesn't even respond to messages from Amazon agents. They are irresponsible and don't assume anything. They don't show their face, and they don't want to refund or substitutes, the equipment is still under warranty. The worst company.

One of my Wyze cameras stopped working correctly. After multiple attempts to troubleshoot on my own & with the vendor, I reluctantly contacted Asurion for the protection plan I purchase for everything. I say reluctantly because a few years back, I had a horrible experience when a relatively new purchase died & it took about 4 calls & several hours to finally get the coverage I had purchased. This experience could not have been more different. The agent was professional, pleasant & knowledgeable & the issue was solved! I highly recommend purchasing protection plans from them on everything that is coverable.
